1. Activity name: Resource Recovery Monopoly Millionaire online game and sweepstakes.
2. Activity period: From March 4, 2013 to April 3, 2013.

5. Organizer: Environmental Protection Bureau of Taichung City Government
6. Activity content: The concept of Monopoly Millionaire game is applied in this campaign to deepen the understanding of resource-recovery issues among the primary and secondary school students and the general public. This campaign is also hoped to turn the concept of resource recovery into a way of life among our citizens.
7. Activity rules
(1) During the activity period, every citizen is entitled to participate in the Resource Recovery Monopoly Millionaire online game for one time. Those who success fully pass all the checkpoints and register their personal identity information are qualified to take part in the computerized random lucky draw to be held at the end of the campaign (tentatively in April 2013).
(2) For the Monopoly Millionaire game, every player shall roll the dice to decide the number of cells he or she can move forward and then follow the instructions on that particular cell to take the next action (to answer a question, to get an opportunity, or to move back to the starting point, etc.). If the player steps on a cell asking a question and gives a right answer, he or she can continue to roll the dice to move forward or backward. If a wrong answer is given, the player shall move backwards 2 cells and then roll the dice again. There is no time limit for the game. Everyone shall begin from the starting point. Anyone who successfully passes through the route to reach the finishing point is a winner.
8. Note: The personal information provided by the participants shall be collected and used by the EPB for the subsequent lucky draw event, the delivery of prizes, and the membership list of our "Resource Recovery Newsletters”, which will be sent to participants by e-mail from time to time.
