Taiwan Boulevard extends from Taichung Railway Station to Taichung Harbor, covering the former Zhongzheng Road, Taichung Port Road and Zhongqi Road.

With a length of about 24.2 kilometers, it stretches across 7 districts of Taichung City, including Central District, North District, West District, Xitun District, Longjing District, Shalu District, and Wuqi District.

As many parts of the road are more than 50 meters wide and it is an important lifeline linking the greater Taichung with the international communities, it is thus named “Taiwan Boulevard. ”
