The Labor Affairs Bureau reminds the public to keep in mind the principles of the "seven don'ts" and "three dos" when seeking employment. The three dos refer to accompanying, confirming, and questioning, including asking relatives and friends to come with you or informing relatives and friends in advance of the location of the interview, whether the company is legitimate, and whether the content of the recruitment advertisement for the applicant company is reasonable. During the interview, you should uphold the seven don’ts: no payment, no purchase, no card application, no signing, no leaving of any documents, no drinking, and no illegal work.
