In accordance with: The Special Education Act and the Enforcement Rules, Regulations on the Identification of Talented Students to Shorten Education Year
Criteria: Student over 6-year old who has household registration in Taichung City, or the residence permit in Taichung City, and is in good mental and physical condition, is talented, and is socially-adopted compared to the first grade student in elementary school.
