Tunghai University's well-known, picturesque campus is located on DaDu Mountain, overlooking Taichung City from the west. This private university's Chinese Language Center has long been a popular destination for foreign students from many countries wanting to study Chinese language and about Taiwanese culture. The school offers 16-week spring and fall semesters and an eight-week summer semester.
