How to Get to the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Taichung City Government:
By Car

1. Take the Taichung Interchange exit from National Freeway No. 1 (Zhongshan Freeway) → Taiwan Boulevard (eastbound) → turn right onto Minquan Road.
2. Take the Nantun Interchange exit from National Freeway No. 1 (Zhongshan Freeway) → Wuquan West Road (eastbound) → turn left onto Xiangshang Road → turn right onto Minquan Road.
3. Take the Kuaiguan Interchange exit from National Freeway No. 3 (at 203 km) → Zhongzhang Expressway → Wuquan West Road exit (eastbound) → turn left onto Xiangshang Road → turn right onto Minquan Road.
4. From Zhongzhang Expressway → take the Wuquan West Road exit (eastbound) → turn left onto Xiangshang Road → turn right onto Minquan Road.
5. From Zhongtou Highway → take the Wuquan South Road exit → turn right onto Fuxing Road → turn left onto Taichung Road → continue straight onto Minquan Road.

By Bus
1. Taichung Bus routes 6, 6 Subline, 11, 14, 14 Extended, 14 Subline, 14 Subline 2, 26, 27, 41, 101, 107 Extended, 108, 132, 142, 163, 290, 290 Detour, 323, 324, 325, 500, 500 Extended, 500 Extended Section 3, and Route 500 Skip-Stop Express Bus: get off at 【Taichung Prefectural Hall】.
2. Zhonglu Bus routes 21, 21 Extended 1, 21 Extended 2, 30, 30 Subline, 30 Extended, 32, 45, 45 Extended, 45 Extended 1, 45 Section, 99, and 99 Extended: get off at 【Taichung Prefectural Hall】.
3. Chuan Hang Bus routes 5, 11: get off at 【Taichung Prefectural Hall】.
4. CTBus routes 25, 37, and 700: get off at 【Taichung Prefectural Hall】.
5. Fengyuan Bus routes 11 and 850: get off at 【Taichung Prefectural Hall】.
6. Taichung Bus routes 26, Chuan Hang Bus routes 158, Changhua Bus route 6933: get off at 【National Taichung University of Science and Technology Minsheng Campus】.
Note: Since 2021, Taichung residents have been eligible for the Double Ten bus fare discount. Residents who ride city buses with a linked e-ticket can enjoy free rides within the first 10 kilometers, with fares capped at NT$10 beyond 10 kilometers. You may use the Taichung City Bus Information and Transit System → select Route Transfer → enter the required information to search.

By Train
Take the Taiwan Railways Mountain Line and get off at 【Taichung】 Station. After exiting the station, walk to the front left along 【Jianguo Road】, then turn right onto 【Minquan Road】. The Bureau is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

By High-Speed Rail
Take Taiwan High Speed Rail and get off at 【Taichung】 Station in Wuri. Transfer to a city bus: Taichung Bus route 26, Chuan Hang Bus route 158, or Changhua Bus route 6933, and get off at 【National Taichung University of Science and Technology Minsheng Campus】.
