The Cultural Affairs Bureau of Taichung City Government oversees five centers: Dadun Cultural Center, Huludun Cultural Center, Seaport Art Center, Tun District Art Center, and Museum of Fiber Arts.
Dadun Cultural Center: Located in West District, it organizes exhibitions and events such as the Taichung Contemporary Artists Invitational Exhibition, the Taichung City Female Artists Invitational Exhibition, the Young Voices and the Dadun Master’s Lecture Series.
Huludun Cultural Center: Located in Fengyuan District, it organizes exhibitions and events such as the Taichung City Artists Relay Exhibition, the ART x Fengyuan Artists Invitational Exhibition, the Huludun Arts Festival, and the National Children's Associative Drawing Contest.
Seaport Art Center: Located in Qingshui District, it organizes exhibitions and events such as the National Large-sized Oil Paintings Exhibition, the Taiwan Emerging Art Awards, and Taichung Senior Citizen Art Exhibition.
Tun District Art Center: Located in Taiping District, it organizes exhibitions and events such as the Parent-Child Art Festival, the Technology and Art Experimental Field, and the Tun Arts School.
Museum of Fiber Arts is located in Dali District, it organizes exhibitions and activities including The Taichung City Fiber Creation Award, the Fiber Crafts Lifestyle Permanent Exhibition, Collection and Research(Han, Taiwanese aborigines, Southwestern China’s ethnic minorities, and contemporary creation), etc.
