To enhance information security and protect readers' personal data, Taichung Public Library will cease sending SMS notifications for book reservations and overdue notices starting January 1. Instead, notifications will be delivered via email or the official library app. During the initial phase of this new policy, the library is launching a "Bring Overdue Books Back Home" campaign.
